This service provides you with a dedicated “Virtual IT Engineer” to support and maintain your IT infrastructure. Your Engineer will be responsible for the following types of tasks:

  • Installing new software and hardware.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and fixing any problems that occur.
  • Routine maintenance of the systems to ensure they are running at an optimal level.
  • Ensuring Windows updates are carried out on a regular basis.
  • Confirm backups are taken daily and stored appropriately.

You will have access to our IT Helpdesk of support professionals who are waiting to help with any IT issues that arise. If any issues cannot be solved remotely using our remote support software then your engineer will be dispatched to resolve the issue.

With your Virtual IT Engineer package you receive a block of support hours that can be used for any IT issues that you encounter. The amount of hours varies depending on the level of package required.

All of our maintenance customers receive various added benefits. Some of these benefits are listed below:

  • Annual Audit to review system and identify requirements for the forthcoming year.
  • 2 free maintenance days per year which can be used as and when required.
  • All systems are proactively monitored using our own in house monitoring software.
  • Telephone Support with 2 hour response.
  • Remote Support with 2 hour response.
  • On-Site Support with 4 hour response.
  • Additional Support hours available at discounted rate.
