For clients with reduced IT support requirements, we offer a reactive service that allows customers to pay for support as and when it is required. This service provides access to our Technical Helpdesk for any IT issues that you encounter. Site visits can be arranged if incidents cannot be resolved over the phone or using our remote support portal on the website. No response times are associated with the reactive service and systems are not maintained or monitored.

Reactive Service
This option enables customers to purchase support on a pay as you go basis. With this package you can either purchase a block of support hours – the more you buy the cheaper they are. Alternatively you can pay a flat rate for any support issues that arise. Please call 08700 500 995 for rates.

  • Telephone Support with 4 hour response to incidents.
  • Remote Support with 4 hour response to incidents.
  • On-Site Support with Next Business Day response to incidents.
