Based in Scotland and serving the UK market, you will be looking after accounts predominantly within the Private Sector. Career focussed and consultative you will currently possess account management skills with a proven track record in developing new areas of business. Hardware services experience and/or software solutions background will be preferred.
Technical Consultant
Technical Consultant, Network, MCSE, Server, CCNA, Active Directory. IT Services Company requires a Technical Consultant to provide technical consultancy, including network design to corporate and SME organizations. We seek a good all rounder who has solid Microsoft skills, including, Exchange, AD, Cisco, Firewalls, Routers, switch configurations and network design capability. The role will include providing customers with 1st and 2nd line support and both pre-sales and post sales work, including deployment. MCSE 2000/2003, CCNA skills all desirable. Also any experience of pre-sales, tender documentation work all advantageous. The role will involve some travel (possibly overnight) and will include a full benefits package.
Cisco IPT Engineer
Cisco Voice engineer predominantly based in Stirling but travel with overnight stay a possibility. Ideally you will have CCNA/CCNP as well as at least one years hands on experience with Call manager and the Unity message system. Hands on role but will require some project management also. Good and structured testing skills - including Change Management, Demonstrable Solution and Documentation quality.
